Return to onsite working helpdesk

The purpose of this helpdesk is to enable building managers and departments to raise any issues or queries relating to reopening University buildings and have them dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible.

The helpdesk can provide information on maintenance inspections and testing, such as lift insurance, boiler maintenance and water treatment issues.

We are also handling reopening notifications from departments and gathering feedback on how the process has gone. This will feed into the ongoing reopening programme.
