The University's team of joiners are moving from the Direct Labour Organisation to Facilities Management (FM), another part of Estates Services.
The Joiners are a highly skilled and creative team who produce fine woodwork that can be seen in buildings across the University, ranging from simple desks and chairs to bespoke windows, panelling, cabinets and outdoor benches and planters.
The FM team are currently forming plans for how to develop the team's commercial service and raise awareness of their capabilities across the University.
