Damaged cards

  • If you are a student, please report the damaged card to your college office or designated departmental administrator. They will send a request for a new card to the Card Office on your behalf.
  • If you are a member of staff, please report the damaged card to your departmental or college HR. They will send a request for a new card to the Card Office on your behalf.

Instruction for Card Administrators

If a card holder reports their card to you as damaged, you will need to send us an email requesting a replacement card. Please include a brief description of how the card is damaged.

We will replace any damaged or faulty university card free of charge. Once issued, the new card will be sent to you to forward to the card holder.
