Oxford University Event Venues
OUEV is a collection of five FM-managed buildings that are also event venues, available for commercial hire and University events
What we do
The OUEV team provide a range of venue services in support of the University. This includes operating a portfolio of five buildings as event venues for internal and external commercial events to generate revenue, alongside hosting University and ceremonial events. The Sheldonian Theatre is open to the public as a visitor attraction when not in use for events.
A number of OUEV venues also provide space for student assessment and shared teaching facilities for the University. Additionally, the team are currently responsible for the booking of all centrally managed shared teaching space across the University.
