Estates Services guidance includes a suite of Philosophy Documents setting out the University’s specific maintenance and design requirements
Some of these are mandatory, others provide guidance. Philosophy Documents form part of suppliers’ contracts with the University and you will need to provide evidence to demonstrate that you have complied with them.
