The University’s land assets comprise woodland and farmland, they are managed by Estate Services for use in research, teaching, environmental and outreach objectives
The Green Estate comprises over 3,000 acres and open to University of Oxford researchers and affiliates.

Research proposals will be considered by the Conservator of Wytham Woods and the Senior Rural Estate Surveyor. A minimum research fee will apply for each project. Further details will be agreed upon following approval of your application.
