Access FM services available within your managed building
Raise a maintenance request, card access issue or book hospitality, meeting rooms and car parking
Report faults for buildings within central Oxford and the Science area
Supporting the reopening of University buildings
Report faults for buildings at Old Road Campus, Hospitals and Swindon sites
Track the status of your active requests
To become an authorised requester, you will need a username and password which can be obtained from the System Administrator.
To raise maintenance and FM service requests within your FM managed building, you will need a Planon login.
