She takes charge of the Business Administration team, which deals with matters including personnel screening, parking permit enquiries and general administration, and of the Technical Support team, which deals with all queries about security-related technical equipment and systems, such as the University’s radio and CCTV networks.
She also continues to lead the Customer Service and Operational Support team, which handles direct customer service requests and enquiries about agreements as well as providing support to the Security Services operational service delivery teams.
