The University is leasing approximately half the building, with CEA leasing the other half. The University space will be occupied by the Future of Humanity Institute and Global Priorities Institute, both of which are multidisciplinary research units within the Faculty of Philosophy.
Both occupants were previously based in Littlegate House; moving into Trajan House will give them the extra space needed to expand their activities, as well as the opportunity to collaborate more closely. The building's interior is now being refurbished to fit its new occupants' needs; they are then expected to move by the end of November.
