They must be kept clean and not used to store any other materials or items.
For this reason, access to plant rooms is carefully controlled by Estates Services. You will need to complete and submit an access request form – you can find this on the right-hand side of this page.
A policy document will be available soon and will provide more information about:
- the Risk Assessment and Method Statements you will need to provide
- who will be allowed access
- arrangements for contractors
